INGREDIENTS:
- SAUCE
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 TSP Ground Ginger
- 1 TSP Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 TSP Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 TBSP Cornstarch
- MEAT
- 1 lb Sirloin Steak
- Sliced Thin
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk together.
- Pour sauce into a 4 quart Crockpot.
- Add sliced beef into the pot and stir well until beef is covered in sauce.
- Cook on high for 2 hours, or low for 4 hours.
- Serve over a bed of rice and enjoy!*
*Garnish with green onion if desired!
